It was very convenient to have a restaurant on the property. After traveling for the day it was nice to just stay in the building to have dinner. It. would have been nice if they had been open for breakfast (they were not). We have to go to the Robin down the street. The room was clean and well updated.

Our room was very clean and looked like it had been recently updated. At check in there was no one around and we had to go and find someone to assist us. Restaurant food was good but it took a long time to come out from the kitchen. We would stay there again.

We had 5 people traveling in our group, so was pleasantly surprised when we had our own little cabin with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s right across from the bay which had a gorgeous sunset that night!

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms large and comfortable. Good shower and nice sized fridge. No coffee maker or fascial tissue. The service was slow and they didn't provide directìons to the room, or the wifi password. The entrance they finally directed us to was locked. We had dinner in the pub in the hotel. The food, when we finally got it was fairly good. There seemed to be lots of staff, but we waited for at least half an hour before someone noticed we hadn't been helped yet. After that it was relatively quick. The one waitress seemed very busy while the rest hung out at the bar.

I stayed at this property at the end of June, 2023. In July I checked my bank statement and found out I was charged twice for my stay (once through Expedia and once through the hotel itself). I contacted the hotel for 3 weeks straight and tried again in August and September to sort things out to get a refund for the extra charge on my credit card and it has still not been resolved. Every time I called they said they would take my name and phone number and that the manager/owner would call me back. The manager/owner has never contacted me to resolve this issue.

Room was not ready until 2 hours after the check-in time with no communication ahead of time. The room was clean but it was missing cups and coffee to go with the coffee machine. There were 2 sets of towels when the room was booked for 4 people. This inn is severely understaffed for its size. The poor staff are responsible for running the hotel, taking pizza orders and being servers at the restaurant. I’m sure there would be friendlier service if they were not so stressed. Overall it’s an okay place if you don’t mind poor service.
