I have traveled all around the world, and I got stuck in this place to go to a Special Olympics program for my daughter. It was the only area hotel available. It is the worst experience I've ever had. The lady at the front desk did not have a clue as to what she was doing, nor could she hardly speak English, which in the middle of Kansas is somewhat essential I will never see at this hotel again and there was over 20 other families that left the hotel because of it filth and disgusting operations

Not only was the room filthy, but every bump of the couple in the room above who were clearly ‘going at it’ for 30 mi utes was heard. When requesting a new room, I was given one that smelled like sewage. Don’t bother staying here.

Why would the front desk think it’s appropriate to continuously call my room at 7am to let me know their system is back up and running? Why couldn’t this wait until 9am or when I checked out???

Was going to check in early and the desk clerk said there was a $20.00 early check in fee. Have stayed here several times and never been charged for early check in. There was hair on the shower wall. Will not stay here again.

Friendly and comfortable.
I work as a travel nurse so I stay here on off during my contract. Staff is always very friendly. Beds and pillows are comfortable. And I love that they have 24 hour coffee and their grab and go breakfast is always open before I have to leave at 530am.

Not a good experience
This place is dirty and not a great place. The service was not good. Check in was ok but didn’t describe what was being charged and learned they charged the cost of one night on the card even though I paid the amount on Hotels.com. I do feel that they could at least tell you what it is that are charging. At checkout all that could be explained was it “SHOULD” drop off as it waas a deposit. I have no receipt. No explanation of this and no guarantee that it will “drop off”. Just not a good experience. I guess the price is ok but you definitely get what you pay for.

Don’t stay here.
This motel is listed by Hotels.com as pet friendly. What they don’t tell you is that they don’t take cats and that if you have a dog there is a $15 non refundable “deposit”. I found this out only when I arrived with my cat… They refused to refund the money for my room, stating that I had to take it up with Hotels.com. When I complained long enough they finally relented and called the manager, who let my cat stay as long as I paid the “deposit”. My room smelled heavily of carpet deodorizer, there was pubic hair on the floor by the toilet, there was a stain from some body fluid on the chair, the lamp plug in didn’t work so my phone was dead in the morning and the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time at the edges. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. This was my first time using Hotels.com, and I dare say the last.
