It is not a hotel, it’s more a motel. We did NOT have oir room cleaned in a week stay, we had breakfast included, bit there was NOT any proper breakfast. No natural light in the room, dark as in a cave. There was a leak in our room from the ceiling, probably from the roof, staff told us there is not much they can do. Luckily not much raining, 2 days only. No customer servcie. have pictures if needed.

Better luck next year.....
Check in went well. We then went to a to a filthy room that had various appliances connected to a power strip. It was 79 degrees in our room maintenance had to come to lower thermostat, he cut his hand at some point and wiped it on the wall. There was mold in the bathroom, dust around the room and what appeared to be a blood stain on the floor. We went to check out and were given an upgrade the next room was actually clean ish we decided to make the best of our stay it was for my wife's birthday. We got locked out of our room, the keys stopped working and the plumbing flooded. Also the beds and pillows were terrible and there were no ice machines. It's supposed to be getting an entire remodel at the beginning of the year I wish them well and would and will go back to see it then. I also have pictures but this site would not let me upload them.

Stay here a lot but all sudden price was $109 which then doesn’t allow to look past a/c poor bar not open on a Friday and ice machine still out of order I want refund

The ac leaked and they had us put a bucket under it …fitness room dont have a lock so kids can go in on walk out the door that it’s located next to …the pool was nice although it wasn’t open until late afternoon..the hotel would be great if they opened the pool when said it was supposed to and I stayed for 3 nights with family and would of stayed longer if the pool was open more then a few hours a night …
