This newly renovated luxury 1 bedroom 1 bath villa is well appointed with a beautiful straight-on ocean and pool view with convenient first floor access to the beach and year round heated pool. Additional amenities include on-site laundry, BBQ grilles, and complimentary access to both the Starbucks and Oceanside Bar & Grille; located less than a minute walk from the suite at the adjacent Hilton Hotel. Enjoy beautiful sunrise views and dark starry night skies from your balcony or take a quick walk down to the waves; only 50 yards away!

This one bedroom villa has an updated full kitchen with everything you will need during your stay. Sleeping accommodations include a queen sized bed in the main bedroom, bunk beds for children in the corridor and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room.

Love staying at this complex! Right on the beach with easy access to pool, ocean & amenities. Unit was clean and just the right size for me and my husband. Loved the size of the tvs & that they had beach chairs/accessories available to use. Would stay here again!

This property was recently renovated and they did a great job. Not a lot of room but certainly enough for 2 people. We enjoyed the heated pool. Some suggestions to improve the place would be to get another couch. That was unconvertible watching tv. There wasn't a bath mat. We ended up buying one at the dollar store and leaving it there. The bathtub could use a couple of safety rails for us old people. We added a few spreadable knives, again from the dollar store. There were only 3 spreadable knives when we got there. But overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend the place.

Our one night stay was great! The condo was beautiful with all of the upgrades. The mattress was comfortable and the condo was the perfect size for our family of four. We found our getaway to be perfect in every way. Very clean and updated. Comfortable mattresses, kitchen supplied with everything we needed and then some. Not having to use the elevator, we were steps away from both car and beach. Our own private beach restrooms, and sand removal location was nice as well. Quiet location and nice pool. Hosts were easily accessable. A+ vacation spot.

Amazing Location at a Great Price
The property far exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, access was easy. No long halls to walk down or flights of stairs to climb. The inside was very clean and modern, right down to the large televisions in the living room and bedroom. The location was perfect. Walking out onto the patio gives you a view of the pool, grilling area, and ocean...all of which were a very short walk away. It was also a very easy 1/2 mile walk down to the middle of Coligny Plaza. And if you needed some quick nearby food, the adjacent building (Hilton) has a restaurant that you can use. We went with two kids (ages 3 months and 5 years) and it was great!
