The swimming pool is heated, very nice for this time of the year. We love the steam and sauna rooms, this is one of the reason we decided to stay here. The staffs are very friendly, go above and beyond to help you. Room is made daily and two 1 liter glass bottle of filtered water provided daily. If you need more water, the filter faucet is in the Lobby and you can refilled as much as you want. We had to buy filtered water at the super market when staying at other hotels in Hong Kong before. This hotel is connected to Mongkok MTR train station via interconnected bridge of Latham Place shopping mall. Very convenient for transportation. We will definitely stay here again next time in HK.

Manager wrote an email saying the hotel will gift us a bottle of red wine for our anniversary celebration but we found nothing in the room. During check-in, they couldn’t find us a room with king bed. Waited about 25 min for the check-in and they finally gotten us a room with king bed. Supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but this level has very strong residual cigarette smoke smell throughout the corridor and room. The number of air purifiers along the corridor n in the room did nothing to remove the smell.
