This was just what we needed to get to the airport early. We ate dinner at the lodge as we didn’t have a car. The service and food was good and two options for vegetarians. We got the shuttle to the airport in the morning which left every 15min, it was so convenient. There was also a bath and the beds were super comfortable. Although close to the airport the building was very insulated and we didn’t hear the planes. There were big windows so when we arrived we could enjoy the beautiful weather. We were on the ground floor which we liked. It was perfect for our needs. Thank you Ciloms.

This hotel room was ok for a one night stop before flying out, room was really clean, just a little dated. Food was a little underwhelming given the price and the customer service in the dining room could definitely improve. Was a little noisy but nothing over the top. All in all was average, but far from the worst place I have stayed in.

The accommodation was excellent and the courtesy bus mad it easy to get between the airport and Ciloms. I had a lasagna for dinner and found it a bit dry but apart from that Ciloms was an excellent venue.

After a flight delay, we were able to access the courtesy bus in the early hours. Very friendly driver who returned us to the airport later that morning to fly home. Amazing service as usual and very grateful.
