We stayed for seven days at the hotel and we can’t thank Joy enough- she helped us with all of our needs and was very kind and helping us with any questions we had about our stay. I also want to think The housekeeper who was working the week we were there September 20 - 27 we were on level 10. I can’t remember her name but she was so sweet and kind always asking if we needed any thing and was always there to help us in any way! We truly appreciate both these ladies!

Be ready for a unexpected charges was told that I owed $206 upon arrival and that was not the case. They charged my wife’s debit card $456 then took my credit card and charged me an additional $456 for the same as my wife’s card. So the $912 they just randomly charged us caused us to have to cancel 3 different activities. There was also other couples that had the same happen to them and they also had to cancel there activities they had booked. And on top of all of that we came for our honeymoon so yeah not impressed with this hotel at all. There is definitely better hotels in the area.

I stayed here for a week and would highly recommend this place to anyone. I was a solo traveller and felt safe here the entire time. I’ve listed a few pros and cons but overall, I don’t think you would regret staying here. If you hire a car, parking is very limited so keep in mind that you will pay between $35-$55 a night to park it. PRO’s - hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly - Easy check in and check out process - Solo female traveller and felt safe the entire time - Room was large and clean - Breakfast was great each day - Close to everything, beach is at the end of the street and main shops are approx 10 minute walk - Food trucks outside hotel for quick easy meal in your room Cons - the hotel is very noisy at night. I recognise they can’t control the noise but it’s very loud inside your room all night - I found the pillows to be very uncomfortable - Only 2 lifts for the entire place which meant a long wait at times

Great location, close to entertainment, beach, and Waikiki. Its very much a 3 star hotel, offering the basic amenities, sizable rooms, and perks like breakfast and $5 daily credit to spend on anything from alcohol to kid's beach toy rentals. The beds are amazing here. Super comfy and like sleeping on clouds--bravo for the choice to invest in this. The age of the property shows, however. Oir bathroom needednsome updated and felt very Motel 6-ish: basic counter with faucet, tiled shower whose grout needed some cleaning, and a basic toilet. It dodnt seem to match the feel of the rest of the property, as of Hyatt just took over and put some of their branding around. Valet is also super expensive at about $53 a night! Where else is there to self park??

The pool is not the best, but youre in hawaii so your pool should be the ocean. The foid and bar are also not the best, but its survival worthy

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so friendly and efficient. Everyone from valet parking, front desk staff to breakfast workers did a great job. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Great hotel close to the beach. ocean view wasn't great (Couldn't see sunset for surrounding buildings) but still very nice. Short walking distance to everything including beach, shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Staff is fantastic and breakfast buffet is pretty good. Very comfortable bed and very clean. Courtesy bag hold and flat rate airport shuttle fee was an added bonus.

It would be nice to be told at check in there will be hidden fees at check out of about 250.00. Not the day of check out. We were told 300.00 dollars was for security hold. I have no idea what these other fees are about. I want to be told up front about hidden fees. Not the day of check out.
