This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They make you feel like a princess. Beach and pool are spectacular. Was able to Lyft and use their shuttle. Don’t need a car

The hotel staff helps you relax and truly enjoy the property's serenity. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the dolphins are enchanting, and the food is delicious. We cannot wait to return!

Upon checkin I was told that they offered me a complimentary upgraded room. When I was checking out they said it was NOT complimentary and they will be charging me $600 additional per night! Wow, I feel like I was lied to. The manager wasn't available and was supposed to call me but never did.
