I would definitely come back Staff is excellent and hospitable Rooms were great The Italian restaurant on the property is excellent The beach attached to hotel pool hot tub golf grounds dolphins the Christmas decor bang on No fitness center and no elevator were a bummer Although valet parking and regular parking same cost

The room carpet was very dirty and furniture was all scratched up and damaged. The property was very old and dated . it does smell like old property and dusty. I requested a room change after first night. They were not able to accommodate my request. They can change to upgrade with additional 300 per night. finally second day they are able to change the room, but the condition was pretty much the same. so if you asked me if I would stay there again, unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again. The property is beautiful, but the room condition is horrible. It’s not a five star.

Everyone at this resort was helpful and nice. They wanted your stay in Hawaii to be the best. They had everything I needed to have an unforgettable time here. I will definitely recommend and come back here in my next future stay in Oahu.

Amazing Retreat.
Hotel Kahala is a beautiful hotel-intimate, romantic, and grand! It's definitely worth every penny. The staff are amazing.

I had an amazing experience at Khala resort. Do wish parents of rowdy kids would follow the pool rules and keep food out of the pools. I did not go in either of the three swimming areas due to loud, unruly children and their aloof caregivers. Luckily, a private beach on the Pacific Ocean is right next to the pool so that is where I took my relaxing dips during my weekend getaway.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond, and our room was absolutely stunning. We’ll definitely be back. The location is perfect and the beach offers a calm, private atmosphere. If you’re considering options, choose this place—you won’t be disappointed.
