BUILDING NOTICE: Temporary Pool/Jacuzzi Closure. Annual preventative maintenance, cleaning & repairs to the 6th floor Swimming pool, Jacuzzi & Pool Deck areas. Temporary starting date: Sunday, November 10th @ 9pm and upon completion, will re-open on Saturday, November 23rd @ 7am (weather permitting).

The Island Colony located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 39th Floor.

Adminstration of this company is poor
Arrive after 24hrs travelling from UK, arrive 11pm door code does not work, emergency number goes to voicemail, after a long time they contact the hotel with new code, so we are in. Just when you think nothing more could happen, they change the door code AGAIN a day before we're due to book out, have to contact AGAIN to et a new door code so we can get back in. Contacted Ali Beach Monday.....it's now Wednesday and no acknowledgement of complaint...nada....zilch...book at your own pearl

Best all around stay for travelers
The location for this place is one of the best in the Waikiki area. Everything that we needed was right there in the hotel. Everyone was nice and treated us with great hospitality. I will recommend this place for anyone who’s traveling to Honolulu.

Great Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect and close to both good food and Waikiki beach. Great view from the balcony and an overall clean environment. We felt safe at this location with the 24hr front desk security and the the key fobs needed to get past several entrances before reaching the room. We had a bit of trouble opening our door but we called and the lady was super nice and helpful. Overall great stay!

Well Appointed Condo
Property is well appointed, with all that you will need. Pool and Spa Amazing the Gym was great aswell for a Once off fee of $5 Great location for everything you need. Parking $35 per day if you use the carpark......put a little tip....there is free parking around if you don't mind a walk back to the Condo, best time to find free parking is around 2pm-3pm if later just takes more circling around to find a park. The cost of food is crazy, so be prepared for this. Otherwise a fabulous country to visit, and be sure to Higher a car!

Family of 4 was booked for 8 nights. Overall it was ok. Location is convenient, initially had am wifi issue. They fixed it in 2 days. My biggest complaint is lack of essential supplies. Not enough toilet papers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. We booked for 4 people and it was for 8 nights. When I called the manager, she said they do not provide additional supplies. It is a small thing but it was very inconvenient to go toa store to buy extra toilet papers, etc.

The good. Hawaii was beautiful. The beaches were amazing. The night life was off the hook. The room was in a decent location. About a 1/3of a mile walk to the beach. The view from the room was amazing. The bad. Being on the 39th floor was a bit annoying. They don’t tell you in the listing that there is no free parking on site and it’s thirty five a day to park. You won’t find any street parking. The guard at the front entrance to the property was extremely rude. The mattress were worn out and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. My back is still hurting. The laundry facilities were a joke. They made you purchase a five dollar card to put money on just to use the machine. Can you say ripoff. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Safe & convenient spot with amenities as advertised. We definitely did grocery shopping to make good use of kitchenette but refrigerator was set low so some food froze. Central location made beach access and dinner spots quite convenient. Extra fan & beach umbrella were broken but all else in good working order. No outlets by bed so bring extension cords. WiFi worked great. Would book again.

Close to down town, nice view. Parking was expensive, beds were old.
Overall the property was in a good location. The kitchen was nice. The view was good. The pool area was excellent. The beds were poor quality, the property manager replaced one of the beds while we were there and it was much nicer. Some of the equipment in the apartment was broken when we arrived. The free parking was near impossible to find and the $30 per day on site parking was quite expensive.
