Staff were excellent and ever accommodating. The guest rooms and floors are dated but clean. Storing luggage is convenient and easy. Location is fantastic. Really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas being rolled into the price aka resort fee. Easy access to transportation. Would recommend to friends and family.

View of Diamond Head and ocean is very nice. Hotel is quieter sitting in the edge of Waikiki area, but can take a bit longer to walk to the main shopping area. Facilities are a bit older, but hotel is staff is very friendly.

The Mangers Angel and Jon I loved. Very caring and understanding. I loved the view and the closeness to the beach. I did not like the names of the streets because I could not pronounce them. Making it hard to travel. When you request the bus to stop it travels 3-4 blocks before they stop

Rooms are old need to renovate bring all rooms up to date. Had a broken bathtub faucet, the body soap was out we asked several times to refil was not done. Hotel needs to pit efforts and funds giving it a newer look

Staff were awesome. Room was small, but it was clean with an amazing view of the ocean and diamond head. I personally liked it.

Staff was very friendly. The rooms were way too small. the beds were too small. Elevators were always filled with beach sand.

We arrived and the room was very dirty. Mold in multiple places, stains and hairs on the bedding and pillow cases, the shower and tub were stained, the curtains were filthy, the walls were covered in black scuff marks, and the hallways smelled terrible. Although the staff was incredibly kind, we would not stay here again. It is not as advertised in the photos at all.

Awesome view from our room of Diamond Head and the ocean. Room is dated and could use some updating but was clean everything seemed to work in the room. We would definitely stay here again!
