I liked the beach across the street. Other than that I didnt like it at all. There was a constant bad order continuously in the hotel. The rooms were really humid and everything felt wet. I regret booking this hotel.

We have stayed here a few times and each time we loved it. Very close to Waikiki Beach, walking distance to Honolulu Zoo, Starbucks next door, ABC store inside hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive to your needs. Hotel rooms are a bit outdated and older but it’s a great place for families to stay since Waikiki beach is walk away. We will be back again :)

Loved that it is super convenient to go everywhere. The biggest perk is the valet parking, it's super convenient especially when you have kids and loads of stuff in the trunk that you need to offload, you offload them right in front of the entrance. Entrance to the elevator is a short walk. They offer free sunblock which is nice because sometimes you just forget to bring them (especially if you have kids, again). We stayed at the pool side lanai. I strongly recommend that room for anyone who has kids and love to swim. The pool is right outside the balcony doors, and don't have to carry everything downstairs if you have an higher floor room.

Wow I was so hot to see the rooms are not what they are promoting online I would never stay here again horrible, dirty hotel and the crazy part I work in a hotel so I know what to expect and look for when I say unacceptable for the kind of money they’re asking for on top of resort fees when you get there how can you ask for a resort fees and yawned to invest into the property seriously and the housekeeping not on they job at all trust me when I say it

By coming here for a few years now based on the great service, we have received an amazing views of Diamondhead and Waikiki Beach. That’s surrounded by shopping center. I’ll walk in distance

Friendly staff, very clean, close to the beach, shopping centers and restaurants. I had a room with the best view.I will definitely come back to this hotel and I recommend it. This hotel has the potential to become a 5 stars hotel.

I was much more quiet side of Waikiki. I honestly enjoy away from Waikiki craziness. Just much more relaxed moment compared to staying at mammoth major hotels

It is in a perfect location right across the street from the beach. Shopping and dining all in walkable distance. The disappointment I had was I saw A roach in our room ONE time. Other than that it was perfect.
