My stay was excellent! Parking was $35 a day with ins and outs included. They have their own private parking location like 5 minutes, walking distance from hotel. If we go again, this would definitely be the spot to stay. It's not fancy but has what you need to be comfortable. We saved a lot of money by having a Stove, Fridge & microwave. We enjoyed lovely dinners at the Hard Rock Hotel in which is literally 2 shops down and PF Changs, a bit more further but a comfortable walking distance, from the hotel. a lot of shopping stores all the way around. Beach is a nice 10 minute walk or you can easily rent a bike or scooter. Our room had a balcony facing the streets, we can hear music, and all kinds of rowdiness but we didn't mind it, because we're party people. You can easily close the sliding door and the noise will minimize. Overall, a great 5 day comfortable stay. I have nothing to complaint about.

The property was in a good location. Except the cupboards and bathroom was dirty. The shower had black mold. The renovations were poorly done. Limited plug ins close to the bed. Carpet wasn’t even kicked in and kept tripping over the big rolled up part. It was probably the worst for cleanliness I’ve ever stayed in. I would suggest not staying here even if you’re tight on a budget. You’ll end up getting sick.

The PROS: The property is in a great location. You can easily walk to food, shopping, or the beach. The staff were pleasant and parking as much cheaper than other places ($35 a night with their parking pass). Most places were charging $70 a night for parking on top of their other hotel fees. The CONS: The rooms are not cleaned properly. We had to switch rooms in the beginning because the shower had hair all over. The new room while better was also dirty. We found a pill and random sock from the previous guest in our room. The hallway and our room constantly smelled because there was not good ventilation. The room would get hot even when the a/c was on and set low. The bed linens aren’t washed properly. The washer and dryer for guests is used by staff to wash the bed linens and towels. I personally used both machines to wash a set of clothes and they did not clean properly. The same machines are being used for all the linens in each room. Gross. Lastly, the pool is small, which is fine, but it got easily over crowded. Overall, the hotel fit are needs but would I stay there again? No. This is a one and done kind of hotel. If you’re a family, it’s a good option, more affordable, but keep in mind the cleanliness of the hotel needs a lot of work.

Location is excellent if you want to do Waikiki walking. Almost next door to Hard Rock Cafe, walking distance to all best shopping options in town and close enough to the beach. Staff is super nice and helpful. Room is not extraordinary but has some nice amenities in the bathroom (bidet! nice shower stall!). I would recommend.

The price and location was great. The staff was really nice. It looks like some rooms are upgraded while others are not. Unfortunately for us, we ended up in one of the older rooms and it wasn’t great. Carpet was loose & had ripples, there was chipping paint and the curtains were ripped. Didn’t complain since we were only staying for 2 days and were out for most of the day. I am sure this will be really nice once the remodel is done but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Very unhelpful front desk. Had 3 out of the 4 reservations in the system upon check in. Despite just traveling 12 hours and with two young kids we had to come back later to get situated in the room as the person working the desk wasn’t trained on what to do. Please note the property is completely inflexible on earlier than 3pm or later than 11am check in/out despite no staff to be seen.
