What a pleasure it was to spend our honeymoon at this property! From the moment we pulled in the valet and bell staff was so helpful and accommodating. On the quieter side of town yet walkable to the beaches within minutes. Right by the marina and surprised it was not super difficult to find parking at end of the night (say around 9pm to work till morning, marina parking is $1 per hour). Walkable to Donki and the Ala Moana mall (didn't go shopping just Foodland grocery store) are bonuses. Pool is clean and nice. All rooms have ocean view. Price is on the higher side but that's same with all Waikiki Beach area hotels. Staff are friendly and competent (really didn't need too much interactions with them but they are all there when you need them).

It’s advertised poorly through the Expedia app. I paid for 3 rooms that should all had Ocean view like they mentioned in the app, only one room had a little bit of ocean view and all 3 were facing a parking lot under construction. I complained to the manager but she did not do anything to accommodate our stay. I mentioned we were VIP through Expedia and didn’t get anything for it. I would had understand if at least it would had mentioned it was partial view. I would not stay in the hotel in the near future.

We loved our first family trip in Waikiki, especially being able to stay at this beautiful hotel. We stayed at the hotel for a week. The hotel is in a great location that is quiet and safe for our children (9 and 6). I loved that there is a Honolulu cafe, a Japanese restaurant, and a restaurant that offers breakfast buffets. The pool was on the small side but it was enough for the kids to play in. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We also loved that the Ala Moana park/beach was a 10 min walk. The beach was quiet so it was great for families. The Ala Moana centre/mall was 10 mins away as well. And on most days, we would walk to the main Waikiki strip which was about 25 mins away or we would take short Uber rides. Other notable benefits included a ABC convenience store and car rental place within a 3-min walk. We can't wait to come back!

The view from the room was to die for. The customer service was top notch. Everyone we spoke to was super nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The sheets were nice and soft. A perfect vacation stay!
