It was nice and quaint. The rokms were smaller than expected and the hoyel itself lacked some amenities (e.g. pool, outdoor space). Ither than that it was really nice

How this property earned a 9 rating is truly a mystery…hallways were hot and lacked the cleanliness noted in other reviews. The room had a non functioning window ac unit leaving the room unbearably hot thru much of our abbreviated stay. Room cleanliness was not acceptable with filthy carpet being a prime concern with the stench of sewer gas in the room was overwhelming. The facility lacked dining and a bar with the staff suggesting that our best option was to search out a food truck. Individuals were sleeping near the entrance. We chose to stay one evening before abandoning our paid reservation to seek out suitable accommodations elsewhere on the island. On a positive note the desk attendants were cheerful and attempted to be helpful but their great attitude could not possibly overcome the deficiencies of the facility. In no way would I recommend the property, as for a rating…a 6 would be more appropriate.

We had the rooom facing the street therefore was very noisy. The portable AC was loud and was unable to have a good sleep. The staffs, especially Corey was very helpful and nice. We just came off the cruise and went straight to the hotel and was able to get early check in. They are very accommodating.

My experience here was excellent!! From check-in to checkout. Friendly staff very attentive. The location was everything! Hidden gem for sure. Would definitely comeback. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed.

You had us at aloha. Wonderful staff. Very helpful. We had an early tour one morning and they pack us a breakfast! Breakfast had lots of fresh fruit, eggs, and breads. Coffee, tea and water were available 24 hours. Very close to the beach. There were chairs and towels to borrow.

Hotel is a midrise about 2 blocks away from the beach. They offer towels, chairs, bags and more to borrow.which was really nice. The staff was very pleasant. The property is average at best, free breakfast was a good perk. Also free water stations. Room was small and outdated. The shower had some issues and I could npt het the room to cool down. The staff was nice when I reported it.

Great spot only a few minutes from Duke’s statue. The staff were super helpful and so friendly. Rooms were smallish but very serviceable. Breakfast provided was ample especially the range of fresh fruits.

Outstanding hotel! The rooms are simple, but very clean and well thought out, with everything you need for a hotel stay. Waikiki Beach is an easy 2 minute walk away with shops, restaurants, and the International Market very close by as well. The service is absolutely impeccable, with a very friendly and helpful staff. Every request was accommodated with a smile. The hotel has a wonderful full complimentary breakfast with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, and many sweet bread items. One of the very best features is the large array of beach items available to borrow free of charge. There is no pool or gym, but neither are the prices exorbitant for a hotel so close to the city center and the beach. Will definitely be staying again on our next Oahu trip!

Great hotel. The staff were friendly and kept the hotel very clean. The fruit essence water downstairs was nice in the hot weather. The room was cleaned every day, even when leaving the room late (like 1 pm). The free daily breakfast was good - liked the fruit options, drink, pastry, and oatmeal options. The sausage and egg got a little boring after a couple of days, but a pretty minor thing. Service was great and the lobby was clean and inviting and a good place to recharge after being out in the heat. Free beach items that you can take a few-minute walk over to the beach. Attention to detail too- they remember the special occasion for the stay and left free treats on the bed to celebrate. Ask for free ironing board and iron and they take it up to your room for you if you have clothes you want to iron. The rooms are definitely on the small side, even for a deluxe, but besides the small room and bathroom size (and no vent/fan in the bathroom), this was a great hotel to stay. Excellent location to go to the beach or grab a car rental to drive out, or get on the bus to see local Waikiki sights. The hotel was also pretty quiet inside and there are lots of restaurants and stores and sights within walking distance of the hotel.

The front desk staff and valet for parking were all super friendly and took the time to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was also good, they had a variety of breads/pastries and fresh fruits as well as eggs and sausages. What we really loved was we had told the front desk staff we were doing the Diamond Head hike at 6am and they separated a breakfast box for us to pick up at 4:30am, which I thought was very thoughtful and a nice detail since otherwise we would have missed breakfast. Rooms were also clean and well looked after, they even had robes which was nice, and from our room we could see some views of the ocean! We were also only a block and a half away from the beach (plus hotel provides you with beach towels, chairs, beach mats, sunscreen, etc) and all the shopping so it was very convenient staying here. Overall, we loved our stay here and highly recommend others to stay here as well! We know we will in the future :)

The location is amazing, it’s very near from the Waikiki beach and many restaurants and bars. The room was super clean and the staff was great. The free breakfast was great, the only issue was the lack of seating. I stayed 7 nights and I really enjoyed it.

It's an excellent boutique hotel in Waikiki that is close to everything you need. The place is well kept. It's clean, it's convenient. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Amenities are great. The room I got was a bit small but it's enough for what I needed. Overall I'm satisfied with the accommodation.
