The room was very nice but the maid did not do any refurbishing before the 2nd day. No new coffee, towels or cleaning. The only visible service was to pick up the shower mat.. odd. If it hadn't been moved we would not even know she came in

Location wise it super convenient easy access to stadium and many local attractions. However parking could get expensive and also elevators were not working which was a major issue.

It would have been a great stay if the room was not too hot. It was 73 degrees inside the room. We called the front desk and they told us they were going to notify maintenance. Nothing got resolved. We had a terrible night sleeping because of how hot it was.

I WOULD NEVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL AGAIN
Before booking my stay, I looked at recent reviews and saw their were concerns regarding the hotel's elevators. Considering the reviews were a week ago I would have thought they would have fixed them. Upon checking in I realized there were still only 2 working elevators. The elevator I got on could have been cleaner as there was a large noticeable stain on the floor. After checking into my room, later in the evening, I notice a bug that I was not familiar with. At first sight I thought it was a roach but after looking it up online I figured out it was a bed bug. I contact the front desk and they immediately changed my room to a suite. Though I was changed to a new room, the experience of seeing that in the room made me paranoid looking for more bugs throughout my stay. Next morning I requested toothpaste to be delivered to my room. I requested it twice and it never came. I had to come down 14 flights to the front desk to retrieve it myself. Lastly, my flight had been delayed. I contacted the front desk to extend my checkout an extra 2 hours. The front desk refused to grant this request even after communicating my poor experience at their location. I looked at this as POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am not very hard to please when it comes to hotels. I value cleanliness, customer service and available internet access. My experience at Cambria Hotel has soured my first experience visiting Houston TX and I would never book with them again.

Arrived 30 minutes after check in time. Long line to check in and only two employees checking people in. When we got close to desk we heard them telling customers that rooms weren’t ready and would call them when they were. When we got to the counter they told us the same thing. I gave them my number and they said it shouldn’t be long. We waited almost an hour and when we went back to counter they were giving people just arriving rooms. When we inquired about our room they said they had forgotten to call us. When we did get our room there was only one set of towels and two very small pillows on the bed. We asked the front desk for more towels and were told there aren’t any. We won’t be staying here again.

Only 1 elevator was working. At times it took 15 to 20 minutes to catch the elevator which made us late for appointments. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. I wish they offered febreeze or some sort of air freshener. It was really bad! I’m glad I only had to stay 1 night in that room. Other than those 2 things it was very nice.

The hotel is nice though they had issues with the elevators they only had 1-2 working so it was hard to use them.Had a slight issue with valet it took over 40 minutes to get the car despite there not being anyone else to get there cars. The hotel was nice enough to take care of it for us with no issues. The front desk workers are really nice.

Love the staff help, they were so nice and attentive… there was a downfall, when we went only one elevator worked and we waited over 30 minutes to go to our room

Everything was great room, staff, accommodations. Only issue was the elevators are down to only 1 which caused many delays with many of guests.

They only have one working elevator so be prepared to wait at least an hr to use it if you are on the higher level floors or you can climb down 20 flights of stairs. The AC didn’t work in the rooms or the common areas like the hallways or staircase. The ice machine was broken. They didnt clean the room and left the hygiene products of the previous customer in the bathroom.
