The night staff (Brittany) was amazing, helpful and polite. The day time staff (especially the manager, Diane) was rude, loud, and never followed up with me like she said would. The internet was out for a little less than half of my stay, and i was unable to work. The temperature of the water in my shower was lukewarm. Really disappointing.. I love Marriott, but i don’t recommend this location until they improve things.

The stay didn’t even happen. Hurricane Beryl left us without power. We booked online. Tried to call the hotel both the 800 and local number to make sure they had power and confirm our reservation. No answer to either number after several calls and several minutes on hold. We arrived at the hotel. They said they were sold out and could not honor our reservation. We asked for help with refunding. Said we would have to deal with it through third party. Just frustrated as to why someone could not have contacted us to let us know we did not have a room. We had to drive and hour and a half late at night to finally find a place to stay

The Hotel was average for the price. It was clean. The area was not a good area I suppose. I had my tailgate and both taillights stolen from my truck overnight. It took several weeks for management to look into the video surveillance and they never reported to me what they saw. Other than the theft and there not being any security the property was good.

Tengan cuidado en este hotel, compre unos lentes antes de mi viaje y solicite que los enviaran ahi, los recibieron y sin mas explicaciones se los quedaron, primero me informaron que los habían dejado en la habitación, luego me dijeron que los tenia el gerente y terminaron diciéndome que los tiraron a la basura, lo cual es una verdadera tontería. mi esposa hablo con el gerente en turno de apellido QUINN, quien se porto como un verdadero patan, al grado de que le colgó elm teléfono, escalamos la queja al nivel del franquiciatario, quienes quedaron de pagar lo que gastamos, sin embargo dudo de que ese cheque nos vaya a llegar. es la primera vez que pongo una queja como esta en un hotel de la categoría que tiene Marriott, pero una gestión como la de este manager, simplemente te invita a no regresar mas a este hotel,
