They charged us after we prepaid and they charged us for more for parking when we were only there 2 nights they charged us 3. We’re out over 900.00! The manager credited us then they hit us again today! We were there for my mother’s funeral! I’m very upset and no resolution and going to have to call our bank and fight this. We were told it would be handled and today still no calls no resolution. We paid for this up front and now. Paid hotels.com

Disgusting, INFESTED & Plumbing Issues
If I could give it ZERO stars I would. From the time of check in it was horrible. We requested connecting rooms since we were family and trying to keep little ones together, but we knew was not a guarantee to get the connecting rooms. At check in they told us they couldn’t accommodate because they were overbooked and the room we booked was not available so the “upgraded” us to suite. We hauled our luggage to the room to be surprised that it was already occupied by other guest. Had to haul luggage back down to try to get another room. They were able to give us new rooms next to each other but not connecting. By the night time we noticed roaches in the kitchen and living room area. Called and they offered us to move AGAIN! We only had 1 night remaining so they came and sprayed peppermint oil but that didn’t resolve the issue. When we woke up the next morning the sewage was backing up in the shower and the WHOLE room reeked! At that point we packed up early and left. It has be more that 24hrs and we still have not heard from the manager! This hotel need to be CONDEMNED! Do not stay here!

Tamyra was great, pleasant, and very friendly! It was always a pleasure running into in the lobby or at the front desk. She addressed any concerns that my party had, and made our stay very pleasant

Check-in at the Doubletree Galleria typically takes a LONG time. The front desk staff is polite but needs to work on their efficiency.
