At booking requested one King bed, at checking 3pm , they said king room is not ready (Excuse), There was a spider in the bed, showed the picture to front desk, she did not even apologize and offer to change the room, we had two rooms and already unpacked everything.

Very nice hotel! Every employee I interacted with was fantastic! Definitely plan on staying here again on my next trip! The only rough thing was the toilet paper that could sand the bark off of a tree!

The receptionist was not so helpful when we checked in. She was not friendly. We requested for additional pillows-we had 4 adults in our group and we needed additional pillows. She said there were no pillows available. However, the hotel attendant (cleaner) gave us the pillows that we needed the next day when we requested it. We stayed for 2 nights. The receptionist at checkout was very helpful. Her name is Lois.

Great staff, perks, and amenities!
We really enjoyed the quietness of the room and environment. Breakfast was top notch, and the kickback was AWESOME! It made the stay a great value, and I would definitely stay here again. The staff were incredible, anticipating and serving our every need. 10/10!
