Good with a couple issues
We have stayed here many times as itā€™s close to family. We were a little disappointed with the noise level at night in our room with the hotel as empty as it was. Also a few minutes after we checked out we realized we left a coffee cup in the room. We tried to go back in and get it and they made us wait until housekeeping could go in and retrieve it. We felt like we should have been able to just go up and get it as we hadnā€™t even left the hotel yet and we stay there at least once a month.

We loved just about everything about this hotel, the layout the amenities and the rooms. Our only complaint was our JR suite was next to the freeway and there is little to no sound dampening from the street! The highway noise is crazy! Just get room away from the freeway.
