It was not very clean. Carpet was nasty with a bunch of stains. Bath dirty tile. Bed was horrible. I asked for new sheets because there was something big and nasty on them. They did bring different as they were putting them on I seen blood stains. So nasty.

1 of only 2 hotels close to the convention center this hotel gets away with alot. The employees were great. The hotel rooms were beat up, didn’t have enough towels or all of the bed in a bag for the pull out sofa which had a horrible mattress. Volleyball girls got back late from a tournament and cleaned out the food for purchase in the fridge. 3 days later they never replaced anything. There’s nothing open late close so that should be replenished with events going on. The price was way too much for this kind of service.

Excellent staff, except the cleaning staff.
The staff is always extreme helpful and friendly. The facility though nice is starting to appear a bit warm… for example the waterfall that was not running in the lobby in November or March, and regular ware such as scraps etc. The major problem we seem to have is the cleanliness. In November we were moved rooms because our room which had clearly been cleaned was still dirty. Last month we decided to give another try and my 18mo found pretzels under the desk… we didn’t have pretzels. It’s unfortunate because the location is wonderful and the staff is excellent, but their cleaning crew can’t seem to get the rooms clean.

Parking sucked !!! If you don't have a full size truck you can pay to have it parked inside other wise they have about 16 spaces beside the building which are taken very early. The rest have to park on the street and be moved by 8am the next morning. If you get in later you may have to park as much as a block and half away .

My room was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable however for $125 a night the staff could make sure the fitted sheet was on the right side. I kind of thought maybe it wasn’t changed, just turned over. Also, the shower head is horrible. It doesn’t move. I am very tall & I got blasted in the face & hair with cold water when I turned it on. Shower head needs to be moveable. Staff was very nice & helpful. It was a good stay overall.

Horrible Hilton stay
The occupants of the room adjacent were slamming doors, and screaming all night. We finally called the front desk at midnight and pleaded that they do something about it. Hotel management didn't address it and the party continued until 3:45 am. Horrible experience.
