This was an ideal option for a plane getting in late as it is very close to the airport ,clean and modern with comfortable bedding.The rooms were extremely bland, no pictures on the walls at all. Staff were helpful and pleasant but it looked as if the one person was running front desk and the breakfast set up ( it was apparently a public holiday in Hobart…on a Thursday..who knew?)

Immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. Owners were wonderful nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast provisions were yummy and so was the coffee. Only negative was the steepness of the stairs which you do need to traverse carefully. In a very handy position for sightseeing and in a quiet location too. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!

The photos I saw on the website were not of the appartment we were allocated. When I asked for photos of the appartment I had booked I was sent photos of three appartments. While I understand all the IXL appartments have the same lay out the furnishings do make a difference. Our apartment was sparse with no personal touches. No books, games or dvds no Netflix either. The front bedroom located next to the walkway and can be noisy with people coming home late at night. Disappointing for what we paid.
