The front desk reception was unprofessional. The carpet was filthy. The room was over all gross. Disappointing. You should have standards for hotels you sell to your customers.

Pretty tough to find reasonably priced hotels on Long Island. The Place is adequate for basic needs, but the hotel is a little dated. It's okay if you're going there gambling for a night or two, but I can't wait until they they build the new Jake's 58 within the next 2 years.

Restrooms needed to be updated, Doors are noisy, Side internal door that connects to the next room not safe, Poor environment and some sneaky employees crashing others professionally working in all directions, FRONT DESK,COFFEE SHOP WAITING NONSENSE, WAITERS TALKING NONSENSE, BARTENDERS UPSTAIRS SERVING WRONG PROSECCO 100% CONSCIOUS, SERVING FLAT ONE KNOWING THAT WAS RED INSTEAD OF WHITE ONES SPARKLING ONES , CLEANING PEOPLE NEED TO BE TRAINED THAT NOT SUPPOSED TO ENTER ELEVATORS AT ALL!!! WITH GARBAGE IF COSTUMERS IN IT, AND NEED TO KNOW THAT SPRAYING A TABLE WITH A PERSON CLOSELY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL, MORE TRAINING TO ONLY RUDE SECURITIES FRONT DOOR ENTRANCE, SEND THEM OUTSIDE THE BUILDING, KEEP ONLY PROFESSIONAL ONES. SOME TALL DARK SKIN SECURITY GUYS JUST HIT YOU IN THE ELEVATOR WITH ZERO RESPECT FOR COSTUMERS SHOWING YOU THEIR BACK AND ALMOST CLOSING COMPLETELY YOUR PRIVATE SPACE ‼️‼️‼️

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small. Last time we stayed bathroom was much bigger and renovated. We woke up early morning with construction noises. We enjoyed the casino.
