In a great location, staff at the hotel are very nice, and spa facilities are quite nice considering they are free to use - unlike many of the other hotels in this area. The deluxe rooms should be labeled as for solo travelers only as they are very small, and although there is a rooftop it is for dining only, so there is no lounge or hangout space with a view at the hotel. However considering the location, did not spend much time at the hotel as there is much to do and see in this area.

We stayed in this beautiful, quiet and walking distance to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazar and Spice Bazar for 10 days. The hotel is very clean, lots of amenities and one big water bottle every day and anytime you ask for it. The pool area is very nice and quiet along with sauna, steam room and a room for private message/body scrub. No need to go anywhere else for your hammam experience. There were 11 of us high school friends and we had the best time ever. Breakfast was our favorite time with a spectacular view of the water every morning and evening. Staff were extremely friendly and would go out of their way to make sure our needs were met. I would love to stay here again if I ever go to Istanbul. I give them 5*!

Was absolutely gorgeous, the only thing was we didn’t have a view , it was out on the delivery alley which was a shame. The staff was friendly and really helpful, especially the breakfast staff. Also the whole hotel smelt absolutely gorgeous.

Nice hotel in the heart of the tourist area, Sultanahmet. Staff were very friendly and helpful at checkin and throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the spa area downstairs, steam room and sauna! We were given a room on the main floor which didn’t match the description of what we booked, it didn’t get much light and the shower curtain was very messy, no Glass shower as per the booking. We called to ask for a different room on a higher floor but were disappointed as they were fully booked. Breakfast on the top floor was okay, bit of an odd assortment of savoury food and overrated so we ate elsewhere after the first day. Next time we will likely stay on the other side of the water near Galata as you get far less hassled by restaurants in that area.

The rooms are quite small. The bathroom is nice and clean. The roads are very narrow not very convenient to walk specially people with walking disability. The cars are parked on the narrow roads and very busy roads. The rooms are cleaned daily. One day the bed wasn’t made properly, it looked every thing was thrown on the bed. Tissue box was empty, tea coffee counter was empty. No bottles of water. When I complained to the receptionist, he was trying to make excuses, saying the cleaning will be done later and different team does the drink. I kept saying to him someone has been in the room already. Anyway afterwards he said the cleaning team will go again. To be honest it wasn’t much better. They left bottles of water and tissue but didn’t refill the tea coffee counter. The room didn’t look clean at all. Breakfast was very minimal. Lots of salad stuff and Turkish sweets. The staff in the dining room are friendly but English was very poor. Had to repeat things few times Decided to stay in this hotel because it was convenient and near to all the historic places but next time I would stay there, not because the hotel was small but because when something goes wrong and I complain I expect them to make it right without making me feel guilty for complaining.

We liked our stay in the hotel. We enjoyed the yummy local breakfast and relaxing hammam. The location is awesome for Old Istanbul exploration.

Minibar came to room and did not pause between knocking and entering. It made for an awkward situation. Minibar also entered the room on another day when the DND sign was on. Spa did Hammam treatment with door open even though I asked more than once why the door was ajar. They assured me no one would pass by. Someone did. Utterly disappointing experience. An item got lost under the bed, instead of HK putting it somewhere accessible or giving to FO it disappeared/was thrown away. Front desk and Restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful at least.
