The atmosphere of the hotel was enough to warm me up the moment I checked in. Since I travel with my children, I am usually careful to book clean hotels. The cleanliness and smell of the room was always very nice. The air conditioner was working smoothly and we did not even feel cold in the cold weather. Our bed was very comfortable. You should definitely choose the restaurant on the terrace in the evening.

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful décor. The staff is always available and helpful. Every morning I would buy a coffee from the coffee shop at the lobby floor and take a walk around the area. It was a very cozy experience to have.

The hotel is very nice. Close to the ferry station. 45 min away fro the airport. It has 2 coffee shops in the reception area level and 2 fantastic restaurants in the roof tops. Customer service manager Seda was very attentive and super helpful. Most of the staff speak great English. The hotel also has spa facility but I found that extremely expensive. The room was spacious and clean. It was cleaned daily. Great overall service from all staffs. breakfast was great too. We loved the roof top restaurant. Food was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing place to stay and enjoy all amenities. We loved the breakfast on the top roof, one of the best experience we had in Turkey. The food was very tasty and many varieties. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The hotel and service are very good. Very helpful staff. However traffic getting in and out of Ortakoy was congested towards the evening. However, Ortakoy is a lively place to be, with good restaurant choices.

Great and friendly staff in all areas in the hotel, however, language barrier is there still and sometimes lake of experince. Speed in getting the service can be improved as sometimes it hets forgotten, which requires a follow up to get it done
