I loved the staff, the service was impeccable and the hotel location in proximity to the important sights of Sultanahmet was incomparable. AMAZING walkability. The hotel itself needs upgrading, its about 10 years past its prime and very small. Its located next to a commuter train so installing better soundproofing would make the experience more comfortable.

The property is in a great location- walking distance to Hagia Sofia. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. On the downside, the property had problems with electricity- it would go down every now and then. In this case, the AC unit does not come on automatically. It take a while to reboot it and then you need to turn it on manually.

Location is perfect, close to the main attractions. We reserved room with balcony and sea view. View was spectacular, front desk staff was great, but cleaning crew was rather negligent. I had to remind them constantly about missing items, such as towels, shampoo, blanket cover, etc.

The people here were nice like Mr. Smile and the people at the their Restaurant. Free breakfast was amazing. The room was comfortable and clean. The Blue Mosque and other tourist spots are close to this hotel like a 5 minute walk only. It was an amazing stay for us.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff Great area local to the Sultanahmet area Clean and tidy, good breakfast with fresh options! The ONLY downside was that our room had a bathtub but there was no plug so it was unusable
