I hate to say this because the staff were incredibly nice and sweet people but our experience was overshadowed by the problems during our stay. It is incredibly hot in Istanbul right now and our hotel did not have AC. We were miserable and The AC would turn on and off constantly. There was nothing the staff could do about it as it was affecting the whole building. At one point, it was cooler outside than it was inside. We were sweating and taking cold showers constantly. The rooms were not very clean either. Had the amenities been in proper condition our review wouldā€™ve been much different things to the kindness of the staff, but Unfortunately, without proper Air conditioning our stay was mostly overshadowed by the heat.

Dated hotel at a great location
Very good location with Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia at a short walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel itself is very dated and rooms are small. Staff is great and Zaki and Sayeed are particularly very helpful and kind.
