The hotel was nicely located and in general was well kept. We had a few problems at check in. My friend had booked a twin room but when we checked in they said they only had a king, because they were fully booked. Which didnā€™t make a whole lot of sense as we were one of those people that had booked so a twin room should have been reserved. The king room they put her in was an accessible room with a wet room for a bathroom. The seat underneath for showering was very mouldy and when showering it flooded the bathroom making anything left on the floor wet even if it wasnā€™t near it. The room I was given was pleasant, but the key card continuously failed so had to keep going back down to the room which was inconvenient. After a few times of this happening and me arguing with the staff only then they said they have a problem with the system and I should come to the front desk each time to reactivate. I really donā€™t expect this from a 5 star hotel. Housekeeping was also a hit inconsistent. They would sometimes come in and sometimes not. When they did come in they might make the bed and fold towels but then not empty bins. Or take away the hand towel without replacing it. It was very confusing.

The staff very friendly and profesional, but the carpets in the hallways and the rooms are very wear out and the shower tiles were glues and look-like silicone in between that was very disgusting.

Dear [Hotel Management], I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the room condition did not meet the expectations for a 5-star establishment. The housekeeping staff removed our tea cups, shower gown, and slippers, but these were not replaced during our stay. Additionally, I found the pricing of the spa services and massages to be quite high, especially when compared to similar services in Europe. The room also had a noticeable damp odor, which required us to open the window. However, as the window faced the lobby, there was limited access to fresh air, making it difficult to improve the roomā€™s ventilation. I would recommend checking and possibly replacing the air conditioning filters to address this issue. I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope this feedback helps enhance the guest experience in the future. Best regards, M J

I been there last month and the location is very good. The breakfast was ok but not the 5* quality. Most of staff were friendly and helpful. The main entrance staff and the receptionists I think they should be more professional.i was travelled with kid and my kid opened one pack of chip and nut which was on the table in my room. And I been charged Ā£25 for those. !!! They charge me around Ā£80 on the arrival day as security money which I never told before. I got the money back anyway.

Its a central place where it's easy to walk around and shop and dine. Whike the staff were doing their best there were lots of room for improvement; for example you had to remind them every day to clean your room and still somedays they forgot. other stuff happened that your key did not work frequently

Too small room - great staff, especially Emre!
The Legacy Ottoman was great -- except for my "deluxe room with Bosphorous view with king-/twin bed." It had a Bosphorous view, but was cramped & small -- no king or twin beds -- just a double as I'm sure neither a King nor 2 twin beds would have fit. Due to its cramped size, the bathroom was super contorted -- the door was right up against the toilet, tiny vanity with no room for ANY toiletries. However, the staff was friendly, especially Emre! I am elderly, walk with a cane, had 2 bags, & the street in front was closed off to car traffic, so when I left, I had to walk 1 block to get a taxi. Emre brought my bags down & walked them to the corner where it took too many minutes before he could hail me a taxi. I hope his bosses commend him for leaving his post to help a disabled elderly woman on her way!!!

The property has a great location, but rooms need to be renovated, the carpet is so dirty that you can't even see the original colors. Same with the walls - dirty and ripped wallpaper around. The room I was staying in was outdated but I was charged as a five-star hotel.

The location of the Hotel is perfect, the architecture outside and inside the building is nice, the room I took was an executive suite with very good dimensions. The bad stuff now, the bet one is #3. 1- The personnel in the lobbyā€¦ right. They discuss and laugh and make noise until 1 am in the morning enough to disturb your sleep. 2- The personnel again, the Check young guy is not good, not good boy, very slow, and not really welcoming. 3- The personnel in the Check out, the guy said sir wait for a second we have to check if you didnā€™t take anything before you are cleared, so I said, look i didnā€™t take anything and the Uber is waiting for me outside. He sais, yes i know but we have to check before we get youā€™re 100 Euro Deposited back. So he didnā€™t believe me when I said i didnā€™t take anything from the minibar, waited 5 minutes, and then I was cleared. Pathetic. 4- the room key, didnā€™t work twice in the same evening. 5- breakfast, definitely not a 5* Hotel breakfast, I really recommend not taking their 25$ breakfast, go outside there are plenty of good quiality restaurant all around the area of the hotel you will get local delicious stuff. 6- donā€™t take their 80 Euro Airport transportation, it is a legit authentic scam, take a Uber to the airport it will cost maximum 30 to 40 $ but not 80 Euros. That was is take care and be awesome people.
