Stay Away From this Hotel
Stay away from this hotel! They never respond to your phone calls or emails! We were booked to stay in this hotel but due to Corona-virus spread all flights to Turkey got halted by Turkey government. So, we were not able to travel. Shockingly, this hotel refused to give us a refund for something that is out of our control! They took all the money and do not refund any of it. They even refused to change the reservation to another date or even giving us a voucher for future use. They are basically stealing my money and taking advantage of the the virus spread and the international crisis! I will work through lawful actions to get my money back!

Terrible!!Air conditioner was not working even in winter. There was no house keeping/cleaner although we requested There was no personal kit in the room although we requested. Shower was not qorking well

A nice place out of the tourist district.
This was our second stint in Istanbul as part of the same trip, having stayed in the middle of the tourist district in Fatih on our first time. We wanted somewhere different, and were not disappointed with the area. This place is in a quiet wee road, but itā€™s just a few minutes walk to loads of restaurants and shops, with a more authentic vibe (rather than a touristy one). The room itself was good too. But the hotel needs a good clean. The service is fine, clean linen, showers etc, but the walls, doors and rubbish bins need some attention. It all makes the place a wee bit grim. We enjoyed the breakfast and the service was good.
