Cozy Place
This is a very cozy place to stay and in a great location. They are very helpful as well. This is the 2nd year in a row I have stayed there. Will again in the future if I am in the city.

The reception person is kind and nice, I also liked the key system for main entrance. It is a small hotel quiet and fine. My rom was small with a small bathroom and shower as well. I could managed.

I get Room nr .1 in first floore on first stage but inside air not good and no aircon working! I get change to Room 4. at 2-floor and it worked well with no aircon and I could have open door to balcony in the night.It worked well! Its no breakfast served in hotel but we had to walk to a neighbour hotel.It was ok!

Had an excellent stay at Naz wooden house. Room 4 at the back was very spacious and clean, had a fridge and a comfortable double bed and sofa that converted into a slightly less comfortable bed (but workable by using the spare duvet as an extra cover). Bathroom was clean and all worked fine. Balcony at rear of room even provided a view of sliver of Bosporus! :) there is a new electric rail line going in behind the hotel but it isnā€™t up and running yet so heard no trains. There is a mosque not far from the rear of the hotel and the call to prayer can be a little noisy if early in morning, but for me it added to the amazing Istanbul experience! Budget hotel so wasnā€™t expecting luxury but got a friendly, clean and perfectly liveable room in a great location close to all the major Istanbul sights.

The property was clean and well maintained but it was too expensive for the size of the room. The room as well as the washroom were way too small. There was hardly any space to move around and for the price I paid, I would not expect such a small room.

Replacement hotel given which was not good
I paid a lot of money and then they downgraded my hotel all of a sudden. I was asked to pay entire amount upfront considering I would create a scene like most of the other guests did. The help at the replacement hotel was very kind. Internet was very bad.

I liked the view from my window, looking down on the neighbourhood street. It was fairly quiet, but thereā€™s nowhere in Istanbul to escape the Muslim call to prayer through the loud speakers, so donā€™t expect total quiet! The stairs are very steep, but thereā€™s a strong railing to ensure safety. The room is ultra small but has everything one would need. The shower could be an issue for a large person. I liked the breakfast very much. Lots of choices. And easy to walk to local sites. Good value for money.
