The room not the same we booked We arrived at 6:30 am and didnā€™t find even bottle of water ( we should have one for free) Many noisy people in the corridor ( kids playing in the corridor ,we can here the hair dryer from another room at 8:00 am because they left the door open)

Donā€™t let their pictures attract you, we had horrible experiences at this hotel when we first went to our room their was a garbage bag infront of our door we found bugs on the curtains the room wasnā€™t clean properly the carpet at the hallway are very dirty and very small you can barely fit your luggages we had to go many time to the reception to help us enter our room since the access card to the room wasnā€™t working properly it was very frustrating we ended up leaving the hotel we couldnā€™t handle this horrible stay and ended up stay at a different hotel the manager didnā€™t care about us leaving the hotel and they never refunded us the remaining days when where staying at the hotel horrible and disgusting place to stay donā€™t waist your time.

Customer service was not good , the TV in the room was not working the outlets in the room not all of them works , I asked about the TV issue. There is no remote they said come back next morning . I felt I was not welcome there, and it was all business. and the room was not worth what I paid for. Oh, and one more thing the elevator it was to small it barely fits two people .

Hotel location is perfect, only 3-4 min to reach Taxim Station. The receptionist who was available when we arrived in the night was unhelpful, and gave us smaller room, not the one we booked online. But the next day we met with his Manager Mr. Elhan, who was really very helpful and friendly. Honestly, Mr. Elhan made our stay comfortable. Thank you very much.

Very close to taksim sequer where buses and metro are easy to get to. Resturants, shopping. Late night outings. Shops open till late. Etc. Taxies always available. Airport easy to get to buy bus which is cheaper. Only 18 turkish lera or 200 by taxi/shuttle. If u calculate it Still very cheap in pounds or euro.
