Nice clean hotel. Rooms are small but very clean and perfect for a city break. Walking distance to tram (T1 line) and main tourist site (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia). I recommend getting the IstanbulKart for getting around on public transport.

We are very impressed by hotel staff Veysel who gave us a good orientation of the area we stay in as well as recommended the places to visit. He has helped us greatly with directions and booking of taxis and places to visit. Appreciate his great service. The hotel room is clean and pleasant with Aircon working according to our needs. Breakfast buffet is widespread and yummy. Good place to stay.

My 5-year and I spent 24 hours in Istanbul and had the pleasure to stay at Primero Hotel. Even though the reviews were excellent, we were still pleasantly surprised by the quality, comfort and good looks of this boutique hotel. Our bed was super comfy and the room just smelled so nice, and our bathroom was well appointed with plush towels. Overall a very nice, modern hip feel. The breakfast was incredible, what a spread! It was a mix of Turkish food and an American breakfast, served buffet style, wonderfully fresh and so tasty. The area is super central also, walking distance to all the tourist attractions and sights: Grand Bazaar, Haga Sophia, Blue Mosque, tons of pretty plazas and parklets, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores and we felt very safe walking back at 11 at night. Our host at check-in was also so kind and extremely helpful, we just can’t wait to be back and staying for an extended period here!

Very nice and clean hotel at a prime location. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The room size was a bit small for a family of four but we spent most of our time outside so it was OK. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazar are all at a walking distance. The towels were old but clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Love this place mainly because of the service, staffs were very nice. Special thanks to Omer who made our stay memorable. He surprised my husband with a birthday cake without us telling him it was his birthday. Surely he must have found out from his passport but both me and hubby were surprised by his nice gesture. Overall great customer service, great location and very clean hotel. Close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to Grand Bazaar. We will definitely stay there again. Great choice for visiting Istanbul
Booked this last minute for a 1 day layover in Istanbul. I was very impressed with the hospitality of the hotel. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and offered refreshments. I was also given a map to help orient me with directions on how to see the sights which were close by. Rooms were very clean and updated. I was leaving too early for breakfast though they still offered to have something for me. I had to leave before 5 AM next day but someone was in the hotel lobby to assist me. They had arranged airport shuttle which also arrived promptly (I was a little worried about this part since airport is so far but thankfully it was a seamless process).
