Staff not supportive or even kind. Location not good and they don't have shuttle. The towels weren't clean. Despite, I've booked the suite that supposedly large room but it wasn't at all and they are calculating the terrace within room area. The view isn't good at all. the fire alarm is ringing many times during the day and even in mid night or 3:00 am and that really annoying, specially when you know that many earthquackes are hitting Istanbul

Highly unprofessional and uncourteous staff
The staff is very unprofessional. I had pre-booked a room with king size bed with breakfast included. Upon reaching the hotel, they told me that all rooms with king size bed are sold out (pl note I had pre-booked) and so allocated me a room with two single beds (I was traveling alone). Moreover, they refused to offer breakfast saying that it's not included in my booking. When I presented my confirmation email, hotel advised me to get in touch with my company (in this case hotels.com) and refused to accept what hotels.com has committed
