It is a great area, very good hotel with upscale amenities and excellent staff. I recommend highly, great stay and great value. I thank all staff for making my visit wonderful. Will certainly be back.

1. Staff insisted that I wait for the room to become cold even after nearly 3 hours of waiting. It was only when I escalated the issue that a replacement room was arranged. 2. I had to make 4 separate requests for an additional pillow before it arrived but on the next day. On the 2nd occasion “house keeping” hung up on my call because they couldn’t understand what I was saying - “don’t speak English”. 3. Hotel has only 2 functional lifts and long periods of wait. 4. Indoor swimming pool is closed. 5. Spa is closed. The hotel has falsely advertised to seek business and this is nothing short of being ripped off. The manager has acknowledged these issues. I booked the hotel on the basis of the Sheraton brand but my stay was more or less like a 3 star or even lower. Highly don’t recommend any tourist to be staying at this hotel.

Hotel conditions are bad, room furnitures old and all scratches, shower are very old and you can see all electrical cables under the sink. Poor quality, you can better hotels around and less price

We had some issues on checking in as the wrong room had been booked between our tour operator and the hotel, but the staff resolved this without further concern. We initially had some housekeeping issues, but again, the staff strived to sort these out. What they didn’t resolve was that three people were staying and that cups/ glasses etc were provided for two. Having said this, the staff were exemplary in their professionalism, manners and will to provide a good service.

Air conditining not working properly in hotel. It was 28.9 c in my room all night. I was sweating all night. Very uncomfortable to sleep.. No accommodation at all by hotel staff to help out in problem..they sent a engineer but he didn't do anything accept check to see if thermostat was on.. Poor..

The property needs many repairs. The hallways were too hot like there was no air conditioning turned on. The pool surface was too rough to walk. The indoor pool was closed, the pool showers were out of work, and lockers had bad conditions. Some elevators were not working. Overall, it didn’t seem like a 5 star hotel at all.

Sheraton was very easy to get to. They have Valet parking free for residents of the hotel. Friendly staff and lovely lobby area. We had a room on the 9th floor, overlooking the pool and gardens and facing the sea. The room was spacious and clean. Big windows. Thick curtains. All room accessories were available including iron and hairdryer. Breakfast was very good. They had a full buffet to suit everyone. We had issues with reducing the AC temp in the room but we called reception and they fixed it remotely.

The hotel very close to the central station and the metro, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring Madrid. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the air conditioning, which wasn't working properly. Fortunately, it was windy during my stay, so I could open the window for some fresh air. However, if it had been warmer, the lack of functional AC would have been a significant issue.

I had water leak in the bathroom that woke me up 4:30 in morning and changing the room after that was not smooth at all. The Hotel staff wanted to charge me for airport transportation two or three times of the normal fee … telling that they are no mini bus transfer to the airport
