I had a room on the basement floor which was actually fine and even had a window that opened out onto the courtyard. Room was a decent size (i was travelling alone) but a few things were a little off. Room wasn't immaculately clean, only instant coffee in the room and paper cups (!) and bedding was a bit worn. Great location though.

The location is very good, walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia in less than 10 minutes. It is also closed to the tram station. Many restaurants next to the hotel, but they server almost all the same foods. Property is good. Room is on the small size for standard room. The shampoo dispenser is broken and they did not fix it after I told them for the 4 days that I stayed there. The AC does not seem to be that cool. Overall, it is OK but have room for improvements.

Great location. Staffs are helpful. But the hotel is average - in pictures it looks pretty impressive but it is not. We had to change rooms twice - once because their so called penthouse room is more of an attic and then once because of strange smell coming out from the bathroom. The rooms are tiny and awkward. It is a few minutes walk from St Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and Basilica Cistern.

Amazing stay in the heart of Istanbul. Walking distance from Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Very good restaurants around. The staff of the hotel was very forthcoming, specially Fatemeh and Mustafa. but the amazing Murat the hairdresser knows his job very good. He made my mums hair very nice and she has a really difficult hairstyle. Big thank you to every staff member of the hotel (Spa also) for making our stay so memorable. See you very soon!

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to the mosque for prayers, shopping.museums and the tram was excellent Staff members were exceptionally helpful in particular Yousuf tegus and Tugeba Found all staff very helpfu We enjoyed sitting in the gardens of the blue mosque soaking the sun and wonderful atmosphere and huge variety of food restaurants . Lastly the visit to the Bazaar is a unique experience

I had high hopes from this place, considering its a 5 star rated property. The good, the location was great and around all the hustle and bustle of city, room was decent size however i had no A/C working for both of those nights i stayed in. I talked to front desk and was told an electrician is being sent however the AC still didnā€™t work. Needless to say, what expected to be a relaxing experience, specially after 24 hours of traveling, coupled with jet lag, turned out to be rather stressful and tiring.

Lovely hotel! All the staff were amazing and always happy to help! Especially the waiters during breakfast who were very polite. I would definitely come again!

The property it self is lovely. That staff are amazing and look after you well, even after checking out they still looked out for us until we finally got our taxi. The food is lovely, selection of different foods available for breakfast. The only let down is the the surrounding restaurants, hassle you as your walking past to eat at their place.
