We stayed here for a long weekend The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable The location of the hotel is perfect and within walking distance to the areas of interest. We didn’t opt for breakfast as there is so many places around to go have breakfast at. We would stay at the hotel again should we return to the area.

The hotel is clean and has good amenities, located very central to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar which is why we booked this. The breakfast has a good variety. The ladies at the spa are brilliant at the treatments they do. However, the other hotel staff are not incredibly helpful, upon making the booking I requested for my rooms to be next door to one another via email. I received one email asking for my reservation number and then I heard nothing more but I resent the email. Upon arrival they had all our rooms on separate floors and I was told they are busy, not understanding I was not comfortable having my children on separate floors to myself. Although they managed to arrange the rooms all on the same floor, it was not a great start to the holiday. Concierge staff also felt like they were doing you a favour when you asked about any excursions. Overall customer service is quite poor.

The hotel was great overall. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the first room we had needed to be changed. The first room was in level 1 basement and was very musty. I requested a room change because it just wasn't livable for anyone who has any sensitivity to respiratory issues. They changed our room as requested but the new room was smaller and a 'lesser room' and yet I was still charged the same. Staff were great overall. Overall clean and had a nice pool.

Checking was poor we emailed to say we were arriving on an early flight 9am would it be possible to have an earlier checking upon arrival the lady at reception was very unhelpful the room wouldn’t be ready till 2pm as that was checkin no smiling we came back at 1.30pm hoping it might be ready but no 2pm is check in no effort was made to accommodate room was not ready till 2.20pm Location was good overall average hotel

The hotel was a very nice clean, great location hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Back court yard and pool was very beautiful! I’ve been to Istanbul a few times and I’ve stay at 3 different hotels walking distance to this one and this is my top pick. I would diffidently go back. My son had a medical issue and I ask the front desk for a doctor. And I know when you have money it’s not a issue but the Doctor and his Assistant Fathi showed feelings and compassion especially Fathi and for that as a mother I am and always will be greatfull I felt SAFE! ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is listed as a five star hotel on Google but I'd say its a 3-star at best. While we did have the pleasure of dealing with some very delightful staff I'd say on average the staff provided just a mediocre amount of support and service. The location is convenient but as a warning the area can be quiet loud at night and the 4 am worshipping from the mosques can be heard easily in the rooms. The pool is smaller than it is looks in their photos and the view isnt as nice as presented either as they photoshopped out a large green apartment building behind the pool. One thing to note as well is you are unable to charge any additional expenses to your room and must pay for concierge related services (ie transportation) and meals and breakfast separately. I think if you understand these issues before your arrival then you will enjoy your stay.
