We gave up on staying at the Reina Hotel. They offered us 2 unsanitary rooms in the hotel and in another unsanitary building 3 other rooms, smelling of paint and located in the basement.

Black mold in the bathroom. This was not ever cleaned or resolved. It definitely needs a lot of cleaning. The area of the hotel is on a steel hill, walking up or down the hill with language is not safe. I would never stay there again

Staff ignored all request. No tv Smell too bad Door not secured to close Main building door extremely noisy when open and close No refrigerator 0 service not recommended even to any one not at all. Should be dropped from your list. Or check them thoroughly till they improve their conditions. Thanks

The location was very nice, the staff was polite and helpful, the rooms were small and the bed was not very comfortable. But it was a very good price and we didnā€™t spend much time in the hotel anyways

Points nĆ©gatifs : J'ai dĆ» changer de chambre deux fois (cuvette des WC cassĆ©e et clim ne fonctionnait pas). Les murs des chambres ont besoin d'un rafraĆ®chissement. Douche assez petite ---> tendance Ć  mettre de l'eau un peu partout dans la salle de bain. La chambre n'est pas nettoyĆ©e lors du sĆ©jour.
