Great Hotel, Perfect Location and Amazing Staff
The hotel is new and very clean. The location is great. Only two tramway stops from the town's main bazaar and the clock tower. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the historical elevator (TARIHI ASANSOR) which is perfect for sunset photoshoots. The view from breakfast room is amazing. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They treated us like their family. I would like to thank Ms. Sevgi, Ms. Aycan, Mr. Turkay, Mr. Hassan and Mr. Emre for their hospitality. I will definitley stay in The Yali Konak Hotel when I travel to Izmir again.

The staff were awesome. Very nice demeanour . Rooms were clean. Location was easy and view was of water. The room does have car noise from highway out the front but this was not to bad for us as we liked the water views. There are rooms with city view and these would be quieter.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Room was comfortable and clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had more choices than you would find in a luxurious restaurant. And to top it all free parking. I recommend very highly.

Magnífica opción para quedarse en Izmir
Magnífico servicio, son muy amables todos. Aún cuando algunos no hablen inglés, buscan la forma de ayudarte en todo momento con mucho gusto. Lo único que no estuvo bien fue un olor a humo de cigarrillo afuera de la habitación que afortunadamente no se metió porque pusimos una toalla abajo de la puerta y que el baño tenía poco papel, pero por lo demás, todo bien

Yalı Konak Hotelde 2 gün kaldım, çalışan arkadaşların ilgisi, yardımı ve otelin konforu gerçekten mükemmel. Yalı Konak Hotelin renovasyon sonrasında 2 aydır hizmette girdiğini otele ilk girdiğiniz andan itibaren hissediyorsunuz. Otel yepyeni, odaları ile pırıl pırıl ve tertemiz. Odaların alanı kullanım olarak oldukça geniş ve kişinin kullanımını kısıtlamıyor, kullanılan nevresimler, havlular kaliteli olanlardan seçilmiş tertemiz. Kaldığım otellerde banyonun konforu benim için önemlidir ve Yalı Konak Hotelde gerçekten banyonun kullanımı çok rahat ve duş geniş ve suyun basıncı çok iyi, rahatlıkla kabin içinde hareket ile duşunuzu alabiliyorsunuz. Odada en hoşuma giden dev led tv olması, google tv uygulaması ile çalışmakta ve buda size üyesi olduğunuz Netflix ve Bien TV gibi uygulamalara şifreniz ile girerek dev TV’de bir sinema salonunda olduğunuz hissi ile izlemek istediğiniz filmleri yada yarım kalan dizilerinizi izleme imkanı sağlıyor.. Konfor, rahatlık, oda klimasının sessizliği, koridor seslerinin içeri gelmemesi, dev led TV, odaların temizliği yeni temiz kokusu, çalışanların yakınlığı ile İzmir’e tekrar seyahatim olması durumunda tercih edeceğim güzel bir butik otel ve deniz tarafında çok yakınında şirin cafeleri ve restaurantları bulabilirsiniz.
