The views in the park were amazing. The picture windows in the lodge frame the breathtaking views of Willow Flats and the Grand Tetons. For the exorbitant cost of the accomodations it was disappointing that there wasn't any meal inclusion. Even Super 8 offers free breakfast. The pool was dirty and had a lot of debris in it, only used it once. Service was excellent.

We stayed at the cottage last year similar to the one we were.assigned Then, we ran out of the water to the point we couldn't flush the toilet. Rolled awawas smelly. This time, everything was perfect. We had no issues.

The room was not as fancy as the photos make it look but the beds were comfy, high quality sheets, great in room coffee, towels were nice and the room and bathroom were very clean. Compared to other accommodations we stayed on the trip, this was a highlight and top notch. 10/10 recommend

The lodge is centrally located within the park. The cabin room was large and King bed was comfortable. Has everything needed t for a great hiking trip. The dining options were superb with the Mural Room being outstanding. We loved our stay at Jackson Lake Logdge

The lodge location is ideal because staying there you'll have an incredible view of the Grand Tetons. You have the option of eating on the back side of the lodge or in the Mural Room while gazing at the Grand Tetons. The lodge is a little tired and the lodge could use a little bit of an uplift in updates in the classic cottages. It was quite hot during our visit and unfortunately, the lodge rooms or cottages did not have any air conditioning.

Scenery and outdoor experience is always amazing. Cabins are a little worn. It depends on the assigned unit. Price has jumped 56% over two years. Excessive. Blue Heron food/snack selection is poor and the same might be said for their service. Employees are happy and chatty, until the experience wears off. Glad the roofing and restaning of the lodge is done.
