This is definitely a 3 star hotel. The lobby and bar is tiny not enough room to lounge around. The rooms are nice and big but not the cleanness. Staff at desk were not very friendly. A staff member looked like he just got out of bed. The breakfast was probably the highlight of it all very good. Overall if you’re looking for a budget hotel then I recommend this place but I will probably not be returning. Also the on door hot tub was broken

Beautiful hotel with renovated rooms. Delicious breakfast that was fresh and above average. We loved the spacious room and the fireplace in our king room. The front desk service was helpful when our room was missing bedding for the pull out and a hair dryer. The location was ok. Not walkable but they did have a shuttle to town square on demand which we did not use. However—- the charge was vastly higher then what hotels.com shows in my receipt. The hotels.com receipt showed my rate for two nights, taxes, property fee of $90, resort fee of $60 and “fees” of $6.60. However, The Lodge charged me $100 more on top of this. I’ve received out for an invoice and hopefully this can be resolved.

We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean. Housekeeping was attentive and did a good job. Parking in the evening was a challenge sometimes but was doable. Hotel was close to pretty much everything. I would definitely stay there again.

Decent place to stay in Jackson Hole. Pros: Comfortable beds, we enjoyed our massages at the spa, and complimentary shuttle with very nice driver. Cons: Hot tub was constantly crammed with kids, once the breakfast buffet runs out that’s it until the next day (and people are vultures), not easily walkable to the main downtown area. We also got charged an extra $180 for “resort fees” which seemed excessive for a hotel that is most definitely not a resort. Overall the stay was fine but I’d likely look for another spot next time.
