This place was/is amazing! The staff are incredible! Extremely friendly and helpful! Went above beyond to make your stay one to remember! Only complaint was the elevators. One was down and the wait time was long.

Decent not luxurious.
The pool seemed like the main attraction behind red rope and security at the door. When busy it’s unpleasant, overcrowded, as it overtakes the small main lobby with bar/restaurant stuffed in it and only two elevators servicing 200 rooms. Gave waterpark resort vibes in the middle of nowhere. Rooms were decent and clean but smelled like chlorine. Friendly staff and decent breakfast buffet. If Westin downtown had a better pool it would be perfect.
