After canceling a previous stay at property that I felt to be unsafe. I found this location and property to be quite comfortable! Carpets could use some cleaning and deodorizing but otherwise no complaints.

The property is not as pictured in the website. We chose this hotel because the pictures online indicated an arm chair in the room. This was needed for physical reasons, upon check in no arm chair. Unable to leave & obtain refund. I mentioned this to the clerk and she said the chairs were removed because they needed to be replaced. I told her that we would not have stayed if we knew that in advance. Donna, the desk clerk, did go & find one in another room. She brought it to us, it served its purpose. It needed to be replaced as it was old and upholstery frayed and stained. We asked for an extra bath towel & got push back the last two days we were staying. On Saturday, we returned to find that all linens, except one used hand towel had been removed. Bed linens were not changed, bed remade. That was a minor issue. We were told that the towels were being washed when we asked for clean linens. When housekeeping brought them to us, we asked for the third bath towel and was told they didnā€™t have enough to give us. All others were being washed. The carpet is so dirty that our white socks are permanently stained, even after washing in bleach. The tub extremely slippery. Noise from the connecting room was very loud. The first night, the occupants stayed up talking until 1 am. If, there had not been connecting doors, we most likely would not have been bothered, as there was no issue with the room on the other side or above us. This hotel is need of total renovation.

Yikes is the word I will use to describe the room. The faucets had some really dirty build-ups around it. Very nasty. I almost threw up. I had to quickly check out as early possible. Certain areas in the room were plain nasty. This hotel needs total re-modeling.
