Place is a dump. I wish I would have read the reviews. Interior of the hotel is disgusting. Room interior was even worse. Carpet had stains and looked filthy. Overall terrible.

Room was old chipping paint and we went the 4 days without hot water other than the first day they turned on the boiler. asked everyday to fix it and at best got some mildly warm water. I tried to contact Expedia to get a refund and go somewhere else but your AI was not helpful and no phone number for customer service. I believe I should get a partial refund

This place is an absolute wreck of a property. They say they are renovating but it is very dirty. Over flowing trash, the carpets and sheets smell like urine, and also the drains of the sinks and tub were missing, however they still happened to clog. The staff are hit or miss. Some are super nice and others have air pods in and don't even bother to get out of their chair because they are on their phones. Also pro tip bring your own toiletries if you plan on staying. The staff said they no longer carry conditioner... Or lotion. Just shampoo and bar soap. Okay then. The hallways reek of marijuana, the residents of the hotel, yes residents, are loud and obscene. The breakfast is terrible too. Management says they are always willing to speak but Everytime one was requested she happened to not be there. This place is terrible and you would probably be better off at a motel 6...
