Nice spot to have for the night. I stayed here twice and both were not bad visits. The first room I had was perfect. Clean and smelled nice. The room I had on my second stay was not as nice. The room had hints of old cigarette smoke in the furniture. And the room was located too close to the commons area. I was woken up by conversation of people checking out at 7am. Heard the laundry room door slam with guest using it all the way until 1:30am. I would definitely recommend this property/business to discount the rooms that are directly adjacent to the common areas like the main lobby and workout/laundry room. After having a hard night falling alseep being woken up too early by everyone checking out is definitely an upset. I am here to work, not on vacation and having these inconveniences do affect my ability to take care of myself for my job. Other than that the staff is welcoming and made me feel safe. The area around the property to walk and relax is very nice and scenic. And it is convenient to alot of food options and main roads to get you into Jacksonville. I do plan to use this location again in the future. But I will be making special requests to not be near the front entrance and common areas.

Upon arriving I was greeted by Alex and he did a great job of making me feel comfortable. The bald black at night was also helpful when I locked myself out but he wasn’t as nice and didn’t seem to want to talk at all. The room was clean just minus the dishes and microwave being a little dirty. Other than that it was a good experience.

Overall the location and property were not bad. The room smelled horrible, like the air conditioner filter was dirty or there was mold somewhere. We checked out after the first night.

The property falsely advertised their community. There wasn’t any breakfast available nor was there a pool; however, when booking it started it had both. Even the items to purchase for snacks were only diet drinks. My room didn’t have proper supplies. I had to go to the front desk to retrieve items that were basic like dish detergent. No cleaning service the entire time I was there. Will not recommend nor stay there ever again.

The customer service was amazing. The room its self was clean. The only problem I had was the smell. I think because we had a kitchen in our room we are subjected to all the smells. If they had air cleaners in the rooms it would help.

Hated everything about it for the money you pay they don’t even have a pool. They were very rude it was hot in the bedroom maintenance said we would have to go get a fan. They did not give us fresh towels we actuall washed the ones we did have. That’s not even the half there was an incident where we was so say complained about our kids running when majority of the time my kids weren’t in the room. Of course I went off and was asked to leave and I requested a refund they called the police and also the general manager lied and said my husband threatened to use a weapon but that’s the first thing they say when it’s a colored person.
