The staff are NOT nice or professional. Additional fees Iā€™ve never seen at any other hotel. They make it a point to tell people they are not apart of the corporate woodspring. A lot of homeless people, people living in their car in the parking lot and drunks lingering around building.

Filth and bugs didnā€™t even stay, rebooked at Hilto
Was walking in lobby and someone told me you donā€™t want to stay here. Cockroaches, mold and the rooms smell. I am highly allergic to cockroaches and my wife booked this room as its somewhat close to base and it was just myself staying. Ended up staying at our normal place Embassy suites. Never againā€¦..

This property is extremely old. The staff is not helpful. The vending machines take your money. No ice machine and no breakfast. The parking lot has tons of people just loitering around. Dirty shower and cheap uncomfortable beds. Will not stay here again.

3 of 3 rooms looked at on 2 floors. The cabinets had missing doors, the drawers fronts dryrot missing. Floor had wood rot. No curtains blinds were broke & cheap. Vomit SMELL in the elevator, mold in the hallway. The room had an odor of wet dog, pot, vomit, & fer breeze. A live cockroach was inside the refrigerator, bugs in the bathroom. Never stayed, requested refund, it took 13 days for a credit to post back onto my card. No cats allowed.

The room had a awful smell, the water pressure for the toilet was too low. Which caused the toilet to back up, I knew just from my initial experience at the front counter, that I would have to do the dirty work myself, sure enough, I went to the office told the guy my toilet was backed up. And so he handed me the plunger. Pay a little more and go somewhere else
