It was a good stay. Conditions at reception on arrival were pretty chaotic but individual attention, once obtained, was excellent. Take care in selecting which side of the corridor your room is on (my side looked straight into an adjacent apartment building). Executive lounge privileges are worth the extra cost.

I like it because it close ti the mall (walking distance) I don't like the our room entrance because when it closes it bangs with loud noise and the shower on the middle of the room is very odd.

I’d recommend booking somewhere else
One of the weirdest hotels I have stayed at. Personally do I think this comes anywhere close to a 4 or a 5 star hotel absolutely not… the property is nice in the lobby but the rooms are extremely outdated and use very cheap finishes that you can tell are reaching the end of there lifecycle. Also the artwork in the room is odd to say the least and personally I didn’t love having a zombie Betty boop or whatever her name is staring at me as I tried to fall asleep. The security at the front of the hotel is just okay but we ended up getting stalked while we were in Jakarta and had little to no faith that if we went back to the hotel that we would be safe.

I stayed in suite and junior suite for several nights and several occassions. Staff are very good and very friendly. Breakfast buffet is always good. Room is OK. Bed is clean, bathroom, livingroom is ok. the rest is ok. Room is big enough for what I need. Some of the suite position are odd. Good amenities. Elevators are very slow. The lobby area and elevator area look worn out. Area is bery convenience. If I need to stay in Kebon Jeruk area, this hotel is the best hotel compare the rest of the hotels nearby the area.

Convenient location and great staff
This hotel was conveniently located next to a nice shopping mall with nice restaurants, stores and a SOGO department store. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable and had floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel staff were all courteous and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel if you dont want to deal with the Jakarta traffic and smog. The mall next door has everything you need so you don't really need to go into the city unless you needed to.

Overall, i was pleased with the deluxe room. It was comfortable and spacious with floor to ceiling windows. The hotel was located next to a nice shopping mall with a large selection of restaurants, cafes, and stores as well as a SOGO (upscale department store).

the room is slightly small but overall is ok. Location wise is good not far away from airport. Also beside the hotel is a shopping mall can easily find a dining there don’t need to headache about the traffic.
