We recognized that it may an older property when we reserved room, however the room given us was very outdated. Most walls were painted concrete block construction and furniture including queen mattress was old snd worn out. Had a great restaurant on same property for early breakfast .

Shuttle to the airport is now just 3 times per day, which was not convenient for our flight. Staff is very inflexible. We had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in, not even 10 minutes early despite the fact that the hotel was half empty. Also no leeway on check out.

Promised in advertisements and on the phone that transportation to the ferry was available on the hour. I had scheduled a 6 AM ride to the ferry which was confirmed by phone. At 1 AM I was awaken by a phone call that they would not take me to the ferry at 6 AM that morning. I could go at 5 AM or take a taxi. Woke me up in the middle of the night to reigned on their commitment five hours before departure. Floor very dirty. Toilet would not flush.

This hotel was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but conviently located and extremely nice staff. I loved that the driver picked us up in free shuttle from airport and then scooted around the counter to check us in. Towels were absorbent and soft and the shower had good pressure and stayed hot. Loved it!!!
