very old and run down needs a lot of work in and around the property sliding doors in the unit don't slide light switches faulty carpet is terribly stained A/C wouldn't get cold (yes checked the settings) no lights on stairs to the second level foot paths and grounds are an accident waiting to happen only had 2x coffee cups and a kettle nothing else but the staff were fantastic

The room was tidy and roomy, after hours check in was simple and easy. The air-conditioning unit could use a real clean and the room was lovely and quiet until heaps of motorbikes met nearby at MCA for a ride on Saturday morning at about 9am. Luckily we had to be up anyway :) - great location and plenty of facilities including laundry and pool. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you.

The bathroom was not bad, but the actual room was dated. The carpet was filthy and was not stretched properly. It had ridges in it which I tripped on when I first entered the room. The bed was only just ok. It certainly needs to be replaced Overall, it was a disappointing story. I’m sorry, but a little bit of money needs to be spent

The staff were lovely but the room we were in needs at the very least 2 out of 4 of its mattresses replaced it was so uncomfortable. The mattress clunked when you sat on the bed and you could see one side of the queen bed was lower than the other and squished to only a couple of inches thick when laying on it. The shower head was either up against the wall or at its lowest position it couldn’t hold itself up. The hot water ran out after 1-2 showers and you had to keep adjusting the temperature but the last 2 people would have a cold shower. The carpet in the room was bunched up in the centre of the room and there was a loose power point on the wall.

Older property but spacious and clean rooms, good air conditioning, big gap under front door stuff blows in and insects come and go as a big roach did whilst I was there , otherwise was a good stay close to an event I was attending, staff were very friendly and helpful
