Very nice, clean, and quiet hotel. Staff was very helpful as well. Definitely recommend staying here - it's a great place for travelers looking for a lowkey laidback hotel. They need to update their amenity list tho since the amenities they list are not provided by the hotel. It's little deceiving. I booked this place to use their gym in the evening so it was little disappointing when I learned that there is no gym in the hotel and the neighboring gym facility only accepts people with a monthly membership - ended up going across the town to another gym.

Poor choice.
Bad choice, very loud music festival right next door until midnight. First room allocated had no toilet seat nor lid. In my opinion neither 4 star nor a Spa. Reallocated room fine. No in room coffee or tea.

We really enjoy our stay, Nick went above and beyond to provide best service possibe. He had a crib for our baby in the room. Breakfast was delicious.

Excellent short break or stopover
My stay was a business trip lasting just over a week. Receipt staff were very welcoming and informative. My room was spacious and clean. Facilities like the restaurant and Wi-fi were a bit hit or miss. The Wi-fi signal kept on dropping out no matter where I was in the hotel. Staff in the restaurant were not always attentive to my needs, having to track them down when looking for serves. In summary, excellent hotel for a short break without to many demands.

Great stay. There are very few options in this area. I have stayed at all of them, and think this one is the best! Nice rooms, clean hotel and decent restaurant and bars on the property. It is also a short walk to town where there are more dining options.

ABSOLUTE NO GO - AUF KEINEN FALL!!!
ABSOLUTE NO GO. they host a wedding with DJ playing until 3am, bass so loud the pictures on the wall and mirror in the bathroom were shaking. front desk said "nothing we can do, sorry". called management, didn't do anything either. ended up calling the police - never happened to me in all my life. stay away if you plan on getting some sleep!!!

Great 1 Night Stopover,Wished I'd Arrived Earlier!
Stayed here for one night on way to Hamburg, only had a few hours to spend here on arrival and wished I could have stayed longer! Was astonished to see the size of the spa and pool complex attached to the hotel, seemed to be bigger than the hotel itself! The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English. Plenty of parking available onsite, even for a larger vehicle. There was a good steak restaurant onsite too that offers room service which was perfect for me. Good breakfast buffet available in the morning and good pressure, hot water available for an early morning shower was also very pleasing. The room and bed were very comfortable, and decorated in what felt to me as a old school Mediterranean style, which kind of makes sense at it is a spa resort/destination. Only possible concern was that the room didn't seem to have air conditioning or climate control. On a hotter day this could be bad, but when I was staying was fine.

Generals really nice! But price structure for hotel plus wellness plus fitness club is not clear during booking! One has to pay spa and gym each extra although you do not even use spa area when going to the gym....

Clean and friendly, but room for improvement
This hotel is located adjacent to the Holsten Therme and only minutes from the Autobahn. Parking is free and in good supply. The property is in good condition and staff is welcoming and helpful. The beds were not very comfortable. A major deficiency in our eyes is that the tub as well as the shower are very slippery and no grab bars were provided in either of the rooms we had.
