Hotel looks very nice from the outside the inside the elevator the rug that was in there was filthy. There was no shower curtain in the room no iron the bed squeaks so bad. It was hard to sleep. Still have some dust.

This property wasn’t properly cleaned from the outside of the building to the room I was staying in. There were roaches in the room. The tub and bedding had pieces of hair in them. The walls had stains as well as the window blinds.

We drove for 16 hours that day to get to Woodspring Suites. I called ahead to let them know we would be checking in around midnight. The representative made it sound like it was very easy to call at the check in desk & someone would come up front. Not the case. It was difficult to contact anyone. Then the person that came up requested an ID from 2 of the 4 of us, insisted on reading the smoking policy despite telling him none of us were smokers, and then charged a $100 deposit despite the room already being paid for online. Not at all a convenience nor pleasant experience.

A little disappointed
I wasn’t aware of a $100 deposit until check-in. I sidnt budget for that. Which I had paid already online for my family and I’s stay. That should have been communicated at the time of booking. I get to the room, it doesn’t look like the picture online (very misleading). Our shower did not have a shower curtain.

Had 4 people in our room. I was told only 2 towels per room. I told the front desk we had 4 people. I was told I could have two additional towels with stains on them. The rule was 2 towels per room. Thankfully the Assistant GM was able to correct the situation the next day
