Thanks to the kitchen cleaning lady, she brought a lot of the love to the baby and the baby gets more exposure to social interactions.

Overall good stay. Very friendly staff, especially the breakfast staff, amazing people. Complimentary breakfast was the highlight. Spacious bathroom but the shower was very small. Sound proof was under par as I could hear clearly the neighbor yelling

The hotel is overpriced for what it is. Dirty handprints on the walls and stains on the carpet were the low lights, but the breakfast buffet with omelette bar was wonderful! Staff was mostly pleasant and helpful.

Dealt with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is good! Street parking could be a bit tough. Though a bit pricey, we paid for parking and always had a close spot. Close to areas we like so was good spot for us.

Nice place to stay and not too far from attractions. We didn’t like that you could not regulate the temperature very well in our room. Also $35.00 a night to park is a joke. They are just taking advantage of tourists. Staff was great! Next time we will go the vacation rental route.

Overall good. Some problems with the location
The stay overall was good. I didn't realize that the area of town wasn't great but just one block over was a grassy field that had tons of trash in it (one person had left a toilet in the field, to give you an idea). Because of this, I wasn't comfortable walking around at night, though I didn't see anything directly that made me feel unsafe. Also, there isn't much around in terms of restaurants or other things to do in Kapolei itself, though it is reasonably well located to get to things either in Honolulu or on the North Shore. If I were to repeat the trip I would choose a location on the North Shore.

You’re greeted by the smell of tiare and plumeria flowers. We went a couple of weeks before Christmas and it was decorated with Christmas trees and poinsettias.
