It’s definitely not a four-star hotel; it’s more like a three-star. We were given a room that was extremely dirty, and there was mold in it. Additionally, the hotel is situated between two very busy hotels, and the music from both was so loud that we couldn’t sleep even one night.

the hotel is after renovation, everything is clean, all the staff is trying very hard. but this hotel has 2 big minuses: 1. In the restaurant 50% of the food is always cold, the pasta is always cold. And often even the soup is cold. A very big minus to the chef!!!! 2. very poor soundproofing. and also very tight hinges in the doors, so all the doors slam very loudly. while you sleep, you will hear every time your neighbors leave the room and you will wake up. and also music from the neighboring hotel, because of which it is impossible to sleep, it screams from 10 am to 12 am every day. windows do not help.

Kış döneminde olmasına rağmen hizmetten çok memnun kaldım. Kahvaltı doyurucu ve lezzetli, omlet seçeneğiniz bile bar ücretsiz olarak isteyebilirsiniz. Otel dağ ve deniz arasına konumlandırılmış yeni yapılmış odalar tertemiz yepyeni doğa manzarası muhteşem! Kesinlikle yeniden tercih edeceğim bir otel. Resepsiyon görevlileri suratsız ve kaba davranışlar sergiliyorlar. Odamızı üst kat olsun diye rica edince bize şart olarak hakkımızda güzel yorum yazarsanız değiştireceğiz diye karşılık verdiler. Odalar temizlik yok denecek kadar az çarşafları havluları değiştirmiyorlar sürekli biz söyledik tuvalet banyo hep saç dolu detaylı temizlik asla yapmıyorlar. Otelde genel olarak lağum kokusu hiç gitmiyor. Gündüz ve gece hiç bir eğlence yok. Sadece akşamları müzik var. Yemek yerken bile arkadan bir müzik sesi gelmiyor.

Otel odaları tertemizdi. Çalışanların hepsi anlayışlı ve güleryüzlüydü. Havuzun kapanış saati belli olmasına ragmen misafirler gec saatlere kadar havuzu kullanıp rahatsız etmeleri dışında bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık. Çalışanların iyi niyetini suistimal edenler arada cıkabiliyor. O da bize denk gelmis olabilir.

Merhaba öncelikle ekibe teşekkür ederiz ilgi ve alakalarında dolayı yemek bölümünde özellikle tabakların lekeli olması kısmında hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık bunuda kendilerine illettik otel tahminizden daha küçük resimlerinden yandaki otellerin alanlarında dahil sandık sahilide maalesef çok küçük en üzücü tarafı 30 ağustosu seçtim özellikle mutlaka bir organizasyon yapılır diye hayal kırıklığı oldu tam bizim için

Das Hotel würde ich persönlich nicht weiter empfehlen, hier die Gründe: - Zimmer zu klein - bei Ankunft im Zimmer (Bad) wurden wir schon von einem Haarbüschel vom Vorgänger begrüßt - Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig - im Restaurant gab es zwar viel Auswahl aber geschmacklich leider flop.. - Zimmerservice (Houskeeping) eine Katastrophe! Trotz das die Handtücher auf dem Boden lagen (da benutzt und ausgetauscht werden muss) kam zwar der Service, aber die Handtücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht. Nach Anfrage, haben wir auch nur ein Handtuch erhalten statt zwei. Der Mülleimer wurde bei unserem Aufenthalt auch nur einmal ausgeleert. - außerhalb gibt es keine großen Möglichkeiten etwas zu Unternehmen - Mitarbeiter ganz okay - positiv: das Meer war nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und am Strand viele verschiedene Liegemöglichkeiten gab
