What a gem!
Regency hotel. We had a sea view balcony room. Room was not large but had all the usual attributes,Coffee machjne, kettle,fridge safe. Smart tv and usb sockets by the bed. Lift is tiny and slow but gets tou where you need to be. Spa is well equiped. Staff were lovely, everuone i spoke to was friendly and helpful. A great location would definitely stay agajn

The property appeared worn-out: the outdoor tables were poorly constructed with warped timber, and the cafe staff wore very dirty aprons while handling toast without gloves or sanitizer. The tables were sticky, and both the window sills and skirting boards were covered in dust and grime. Though the bedroom was clean and tidy, the bathroom/ensuite was incredibly small, making it inaccessible for larger individuals. I am not sure Marco Pierre White would approve.

My wife & I were only there for one night, but we were happy with this hotel. The price was very fair. The staff we dealt with went above and beyond in their customer service. It was a very nice, clean hotel close to a lot of coffee shops, restaurants and more. We were able to park in their lot behind the hotel which had plenty of spaces. It was a bit loud at times for hallway and elevator noise, but overall it is a good hotel and we'd stay there again.

There was no hot water in our room. Not just not hot enough water but NO HOT WATER AT ALL in either the shower or sink. Had to heat water with the kettle to sponge wash in the sink. Reception said they would have maintenance look into it but nothing happened. The hotel was packed with two weddings and passengers leaving on two cruise ships so they couldn’t get us another room.

Very convenient to cruise port Half mile from the train station. Great staff. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Room was tiny, but clean.
